1. What materials do you use in your jewellery?
My jewellery is made with high-quality materials such as stainless steel, sterling silver, gold-filled, gold-plated brass and carefully selected gemstones, freshwater pearls and beads. I also prioritise hypoallergenic materials wherever possible to ensure comfort and longevity.

2. How do I care for my jewellery?
To keep your jewellery looking its best, avoid contact with water, perfumes and lotions. Store it in a dry place and gently clean it with a soft cloth. For gemstone pieces, a quick polish will keep them sparkling!

3. Do you offer personalised jewellery?
Yes, I love to create pieces that are unique to you. Check out the personalised collection for custom name necklaces, initial pieces and birthstone jewellery. If you have a special request, please get in touch. 

4. How long will my order take to arrive?
I aim to process orders within 2-3 business days. Shipping times vary by location and by selected service. You'll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way. You can upgrade postage at checkout. If you require your order by a certain date, please contact me prior to placing your order but note this cannot be guaranteed. 

UK: 2-4 business days

International: usually 1-2 weeks, can be longer due to custom delays

5. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
My aim is for you to love your jewellery. If you’re not 100% happy, you can return or exchange your unworn jewellery within 14 days of delivery. Please see the Returns & Exchanges page for full details. Personalised orders and earrings are non-refundable, unless faulty. 

6. My order arrived damaged - what should I do?
If your jewellery arrives damaged, please email me at info@candicojewellery.com with photos and your order number within 3 days of delivery. I’ll arrange a replacement or refund ASAP.

7. Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes, my jewellery comes with a cute pink pouch as standard. There is an option to upgrade to a gorgeous premium gift box with optional gift card message for an additional fee. Perfect for treating someone special - or yourself!

8. Can I order from outside the UK?
I currently ship to the US, Canada and Australia. I am also set up to ship to US, Canada & Australia on Candi Co's Etsy store - please contact me re this. Please note, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer. 

9. Do you make custom designs?
I love to create bespoke! Please contact me at info@candicojewellery.com to discuss a custom order.
