Refund policy

RETURNS:

We are happy to accept returns of unwanted items if you have changed your mind (excluding personalised / custom orders and earrings for hygiene reasons).

UK - Return your items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

If you'd like to exchange your item, please return the item at your own cost and place a new order. 

You are responsible for covering the postage costs for sending the items back to us.

• All returns require a proof of postage and must be sent using a tracked service.
• All returns must be in an unworn condition and in its original packaging.  

Returns will be processed within 5 working days of receiving your return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days minus the postage costs.
