Jewellery is made to be worn and loved - and sometimes that means it needs a little refresh.
My restring service is a simple way to give your well-loved Candi Co stretch jewellery a new lease of life. Whether the elastic has loosened, accidentally snapped, or your piece needs resizing, I’ll carefully restring it by hand so it’s ready to wear again.

What’s included
- Careful hand restringing using durable, high-quality stretch elastic
- Secure knotting for everyday wear
- Optional resizing (additional charges may apply if extra beads/materials are needed)
How it works
- Place your order for the restring service HERE
- I’ll get in touch to request a little more information and photographs
- Once approved (usually within 24 hours), I’ll send you details for posting your jewellery to me
- I’ll carefully restring your piece
- Your refreshed jewellery is posted back to you, ready to wear
If for any reason your jewellery isn’t suitable for restringing, you’ll be refunded in full before any work is carried out.
Important information
- This service is for Candi Co stretch bracelets, anklets and stretch rings only
- Jewellery must be posted to me by the customer. I can’t accept responsibility for items lost in transit to me, so I recommend using a tracked postal service
- While every care is taken, restringing involves working with existing beads and materials. I can’t be held responsible for breakage due to pre-existing wear or fragile components
- Return postage is required and will be added at checkout (this will be a 48 hour tracked service). Local customers are welcome to get in touch about hand delivery
- Turnaround time is typically 5–7 working days from receipt of your jewellery

Can you restring jewellery that isn’t from Candi Co?
No - this service is currently available for Candi Co stretch jewellery only.
What type of jewellery can be restrung?
Candi Co stretch bracelets, anklets and stretch rings only.
Can my jewellery be resized?
Yes - if your Candi Co stretch bracelet, anklet or ring needs resizing (including if you originally ordered the wrong size), I can usually adjust it as part of the restring service. If extra beads or materials are needed to make your piece larger, there may be an additional charge. Please get in touch before ordering.
How long does it take?
Turnaround is usually 5–7 working days from when your jewellery arrives with me. During busier periods it may take a little longer, but I’ll always let you know.
What if my jewellery isn’t suitable for restringing?
If a piece can’t be safely restrung, I’ll contact you before starting. If no work is carried out, the restring fee will be refunded. Return postage would still apply if you’d like the item sent back.
